Spytek realizes that on occasion a product might not function properly upon arrival to our customer and when that happens we want to provide that customer with a replacement product in exchange for the malfunctioning product. Please contact Spytek-Detroit via E-Mail to explain the circumstances. After a thorough review of the circumstances involved we will make a decision as to replacement of the product. These products will not be replaced and no refunds will be given as a result of damage caused by accident or neglect.
